Women are a growing demographic in agriculture and small business and as such they are in need of resources, tools, and education that will help them be successful in their field of choice.  This conference will educate and empower women to return to their business, community, and family with new confidence, ideas and techniques to help them better manage finances, communication, marketing, time, and stress.

This conference will also talk about the current issues that face agriculture and how they can get more involved at the local, state, and Federal level to help encourage positive outcomes for the industry.

This conference is being produced and coordinated by the University of Tennessee Extension.  However, the planning committee is made up of several key stakeholders in the agricultural industry.  Please see below for a list of partners represented on the planning committee.
